Fred Flare, the mecca of all things cute (I'll write a little more about them later) is selling probably the cutest hat ever. This cupcake beanie seems a bit much when you look at it by itself, but the restrained use of primary colors, white top and wide brown brim tone things down. Look at how cute it looks on!!!
