Kourtney Kardashian and Amerie look very much alike!!! Aside from their long black hair and almost identical facial features, the reality star and the chanteuse also seem to have similar taste in fashion.

TONIGHT: "VH1 DIVAS"...WILL IT DELIVER???
I love divas. The voices, the glamour, the hair. The idea of having immense talents who sell out stadiums under one roof, on one stage, is a musical moment to say the least. From 1998 to 2004, VH1 Divas has featured superstars such as Aretha Franklin, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Cher, Celia Cruz, Elton John, Celine Dion, Shania Twain, Mary J. Blige, and Gladys Knight. Celine, Aretha, Mariah and Carole King performed in the first show alone!!!
After a five year break, Divas is back, but with a slightly different approach. The show, which airs tonight, September 17 at 9/8c, will feature "a crop of new, young superstars," according to the Divas website. Performing are Adele, Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Hudson, Jordin Sparks, and Leona Lewis. I know J. Hud will bring it like a true diva, but will the others live up to the diva name???
One can't help thinking that maybe VH1 couldn't get the big headliners to perform anymore, or that they are trying to play to the younger crowd with acts like Cyrus. I'm always one to look for what's fresh and new as much as what's legendary, so I hope it's a divas-in-training spectacular instead of a concert of singers who haven't really earned the title of d-i-v-a.
