Although I work at Nordstrom (as a Personal Stylist in the Westfield San Francisco Centre store), it's not bias that makes me giddy over their sales. SOUNDS LIKE: LADY GAGA'S "ALEJANDRO" & ACE OF BASE'S "DON'T TURN AROUND"
Lady Gaga definitely has her "inspirations." In "Just Dance," she channels Christina Aguilera, and in "Summerboy," you'd swear it was Gwen Stefani singing. Her newest single, "Alejandro" also seems to borrow from a hitmaker...Ace of Base. The group had three number one hits in the 90s, including "Don't Turn Around," which has a very similar sound to "Alejandro." Hear for yourself!!!
